1. All referrals must be made using this form
2. When referring individuals please have the consent of the person you are referring before making the recommendation.
3. MKC Wealth reserves the right to mention the name of the person making the referral when contacting the individual.
4. In order for a voucher to be awarded the referred individual must complete a financial review with an MKC Wealth advisor and complete business with MKC Wealth. A voucher will be sent to the referring individual within 14 days of the business completing
5. MKC Wealth’s decision on whether or not to award a voucher for a particular referral is final
