Module 1 is designed to equip new advisors with the confidence and knowledge they need to succeed in the financial sales environment. The course will help you to develop your business skills in terms of setting up your business, marketing, selling, administration/compliance, business planning, personal development/motivation and legal obligations and managing your business either as a self-employed broker or running your own business.
Module 2 is designed for intermediate skill level advisers who have 1 - 2 years + experience selling financial products who need new stimulus and ideas. The content is a library of best practice taken from top producers in the industry. The course will consist of demonstrations and role-play to consolidate learning.
Module 3 is designed for advanced skill level advisors with many years of experience. The course will be run as a peer group of 5 - 10 advisors.
